ELX-VT1 Vortex Cooling Tube is an economical and efficient cooling solution used in industrial applications for cooling cutting and moving equipment. Operating with compressed air, it produces cold air through the vortex principle without requiring electrical energy.
Air entering the tube from a constant compressed air supply is separated by the vortex effect into hot and cold air streams. With the help of the adjustable valve, the hot air is discharged while the low-temperature air is directed to the cooling point. This system can provide a temperature drop of approximately 35°C – 40°C.
