Vaisala Polaris PR53AP Sanitary Probe process refractometer is a probe-type (immersion) inline measurement device developed for precise liquid concentration measurement in tanks, reactors, and vessels within the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Operating based on optical refractive index (RI) technology, it accurately measures Brix, total dissolved solids, and various chemical concentrations.
Thanks to its long probe design, the PR53AP provides representative measurements in mixing tanks, cooking kettles, and process vessels. Certified according to 3-A and EHEDG standards, it is fully compatible with hygienic processes and ensures food safety through compatibility with CIP and SIP systems.
