VAİSALA K-PATENTS PR-23-SD SAFE-DRİVE
Vaisala K-PATENTS PR-23-SD SAFE-DRIVE process refractometer is a high-safety, retractable inline measurement system specifically developed for black liquor concentration measurement in the pulp and paper industry. Operating based on the optical refractive index (nD) principle, it measures dissolved solids (dry solids) accurately and in real time.
Thanks to the SAFE-DRIVE system, the sensor can be safely removed and serviced even while the process line is under pressure. This eliminates production downtime while maximizing operator safety. It is an essential solution for critical safety measurements, especially in recovery boiler applications.
