Zutora SeedMaster-4 (S4) is an advanced process control system designed to optimize crystal quality in sugar crystallization processes by controlling supersaturation. It is especially used in vacuum pans and crystallizers. The system ensures homogeneous crystal distribution, higher yield, and lower energy consumption by keeping crystal growth under control.
Supersaturation is the most critical parameter in crystal formation and growth. SeedMaster-4 continuously monitors this value in real time and maintains it within the optimal range to maximize process performance.
