ELF MODELS
ELF motorized level switches are used as level control in solid particle tanks. It is the most widely used method in solid material tanks due to its being economic and ease of use. The appropriate pallet is selected in accordance with the material hardness and fluidity, and five different sensitivity settings can be made according to the process. It is attached to the tank from the side and the pallet mechanism is protected from the force of the spilled material for a longer life.
The ELF motorized level switch is based on a simple principle. The pallet entering the tank with a small engine power rotates continuously. With the rising level, when the pallet remains within the material, it becomes jammed and gets to the non-rotating point and gives an alarm when the rotation stops, so the level is detectedIn general, it is a measurement method that requires maintenance because it is a mobile system and used in hard materials.
Application fields:
It is frequently preferred in filling-discharge systems of dry solids such as dust or cereals, feed-fertilizer storage tanks, cement and similar solid material production facilities, plastic and similar raw material production.
The immersion length can be adjusted between 15 cm and 2 meters in terms of compliance with the process. In addition, since the product can remain outside due to its place of use, it can be given with a suitable protection cover or a different cover.
