ELS MODELS

ELS float level switches operate vertically in liquid tanks and are a common measurement method that provides level control by sensing the float thanks to the sensors placed at desired points in the pipe. ELS float level switch: It is divided into dozens of models in order to adapt to process conditions such as operating temperature and pressure, liquid material, density, desired cable outlet type, desired level control point and so on.

Scope of application:

It is one of the most economical methods for pump and valve control in all liquid tanks under 125°C and 30 bar. It should be energized via an external relay, not direct supply.

ELS Level sensors are used for tank level control. Different housing connection and material types are available.

The Material of the Float in our ELS float series is 304 Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel and PU.
The Pipe Material is 304 Stainless Steel (Std.) Opt. 316 Stainless Steel and Brass (Std.) Opt. PVC.
Float Number 1 (Std.) Can be used in large numbers.
Mechanical Connection is R 1/8"…R 2".
Our Working Temperature is 80…125°C.
The Plunge Length is 2500 mm (Tooth and AA are included in some models.).
