THE BIRTH OF OUR QUALITY POLICY

Photography, which is the one of my greatest hobbies as a business man, is equivalent to breathing for me. I have been taking wildlife photographs since 2007. We, as Dörtçeker photograph group that we formed with our friends are travelling to take photos in Turkey and many countries in the World.  We organized an excursion to Kenya in 2016. We had been taking a lot of landscape and wild animal photos in Masai Mara that is known as the most beautiful wildlife park of the World, starting from the first lights of the day to the sunset.  I had heard before that there are gazelles, a unique animal species, in the Masai Mara, and I was expecting to meet one of them. I had started taking photos to reflect the beauty of the gazelles appearing before me from my camera.  Once I had seen two gazelles in this position for a moment from the viewfinder as taking their photos, I pressed the shutter with a reflex.  I was wondering how this frame I saw with my eyes while shooting would be reflected in the photo. While I was excitedly waiting for the picture I shot to be reflected on the screen, I felt that time had stopped. There was only one equivalent to the feeling I had when I saw the reflection of the frame I shot on the screen. It was an undefinable feeling mixed with success.  At that moment, my friends next to me tried to capture the same frame, they tried more than once, but “luckily” only in my frame these two gazelles exhibited themselves with their real beauty and the right angle. The thing that reinforced my feelings afterwards was the publication of the “gazelles” I shot in the national and international press and social media.

This experience played a very important role in the birth of our company quality policy. Sometimes our eyes may be mistaken or mislead us. But the products we create are never mistaken or mislead us. It was like I saw my product when I see it on the screen is exactly the same, while I thought the image I saw in the viewfinder was misleading me deep down. The successes we think that we have achieved by chance are actually nothing more than using years of experience in the right place and at the right time. Perseverance is the mother of good luck, and success cannot be limited to luck alone. We are proud of the value we give to production and the added value we create. The success of our products is not due to luck, but through years of experience, determination and constant self-improvement.

Just like we press the shutter at the right moment and at the right angle.
